Seller Operations, Packaging & SLA Policy

Dispatch windows, blind-dropshipping protocol, quality control, and penalty matrices.

1. Configurable Dispatch Windows

Sellers must align with product-specific SLA markers — Same Day, 24 Hours, or 48 Hours maximum dispatch — as configured per SKU.

2. Blind Dropshipping Protocol

To preserve network integrity, the platform worker module prints custom labels overwriting seller source metadata with “AnythingKart Logistics” or “Partner Merchant”. Inclusion of original seller invoices, promotional cards, flyers, or external branding inside or on the parcel is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach.

3. Operational Quality Control

At the moment of packaging fulfilment, Sellers must upload:

  • photographic proof of the internal items;
  • the final box with the blind shipping label affixed; and
  • a continuous 5–10 second verification video for high-value premium SKU clusters.

4. Penalty Matrices & Escrow Debits

  • Unjustified order rejections or SLA-window breaches trigger an automated platform fine.
  • Where a courier partner flags an item as RTO due to packing defect, leakage, or inadequate cushioning, all 3PL freight overheads are auto-debitedfrom the Seller’s active escrow ledger at the next settlement run.

5. Suspension & Termination

Repeated SLA breaches, quality failures, or protocol violations may result in listing suspension or account termination at AnythingKart’s discretion, without prejudice to pending settlement adjustments and penalty recoveries.

6. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction at the courts of Hisar / Bhiwani, Haryana.
